You have a full-time job and you are also doing a part-time evening course.

You now find that you cannot continue the course.

Write a letter to your teachers. In your letter

Dear Mr. Smith,

I am studying in your evening batch of basic computer skills. I am inscribing this

letter to inform you that at this point, I am unable to proceed with this course.

I am working full-time in a multinational company right now this is the peak time of
work and due to that very often, I have to extend my shift which makes me very tried
that sometimes, I sleep without having my dinner.

However, because of a hectic work schedule, I am unable to attend the classes.

Right now, my father is sick and being an elder child at home. All the responsibility
come on my shoulders, I need to support my family financially, So I cannot leave the
job in this situation. Although I can manage my studies with work but due to the fact
that I need to work extra hours in the office. I cannot continue my classes.

I would appreciate, if you would refund my fee or adjust it in the coming session. I
paid the fees for the whole year but studied only for 1 month. I hope you will
understand my concern and assist me in each and every possible way.
