At the end of the teaching the students are able to understand the definition, process, types, strategies, Interpersonal
communication, channels, barriers, problems, confidentiality public relations and develop attitude and skills in communicating with
patients, managers other collegues & subordinates.

At the end of the teaching, the students are able to
