make a letter of it.

The university welfare work is very beautiful since in this we help students, teachers and
administrators to be happy and calm in their occupations, in welfare we believe it is good to
be efficient, but to be efficient we must be happy in our work environment and worrying
about people's mental health is very beautiful. In this work there are active breaks, dance
and music groups and yoga among many things.

Institutional welfare has an office, which is on the second floor of the university and when
you enter it the first thing you see is a large battery that is in the middle of the place, the
office is full of musical instruments, there is also a computer and a musical curtain, which
behind the curtain are some boxes with typical dance costumes, is an office full of colors
everywhere, even on its walls, entering it always inspires happiness.

One of the most important reasons for this work is to be able to help others, always having
the satisfaction of the duty fulfilled by doing things efficiently, accepting that we all have
different types of needs and that academic directives are working according to the students
through areas of action in health, sport and recreation, art and culture, socio-economic,
academic and human development promotion and coexistence. I also like my work because
it makes it clear that only integral human development is possible, when the person is
understood as a totality, without isolating their parts and attending, through formative
processes, each of its dimensions.

I consider that one of my best skills reacts with my motivation and my confidence to reach
the goals proposed by the University, I am charismatic and very responsible for the tasks
that I must fulfill. My weakness is that I worry too much about unfulfilled commitments,
affecting my emotional balance since this work for me is very important and I want things
always go well, although I know that everything does not depend on me.
