Humanity & Inclusion (HI) is looking for established suppliers for goods and services for its Cox’s Bazar
activities.

Interested and experienced suppliers are invited to submit their financial offer considering the above
specification along with photo of all items as sample. Physical sample might be requested to the selected
supplier and expected to be received in one of our offices with maximum 1 day delay.

We kindly request you to submit you quotation as per the following bill of quantities in your own format
with your letter pad on or before the mentioned date.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: -8th September 2020

Please ensure below terms and conditions in your quotation / Financial offer.

1. All quotations should be on letterhead duly signed and stamped.

2. DATE of the quotation must be given.
3. PRICE must include VAT and TAX, which will be deducted as per Bangladesh Govt Policy.
4. VALIDITY must be mentioned. Expected a Minimum validity of 120 days.
5. DELIVERY LEAD TIME must be detailed.
6. PAYMENT MODE: A/C Payee Cheque or Bank Transfer available after completion of the works or
full delivery of all items and regular inspection.

Necessary Documents need to submit with Financial Offer

1. Updated VAT and TIN certificate

2. Updated Trade license
3. Work experience certificate

Selection Criteria: Procurement committee of Handicap international will select one or more than one
suppliers considering the below criteria:

1. Specifications of Items and quotation detail.

2. Quality of Items
3. Delivery time after work order.
4. Quotation Validity period
5. Price
6. Work experience with others INGOs
