PROPOSAL FOR DENGUE PREVENTION

Dear Mayor Johnny Sevillena;

Greetings from Pest Science Corporation!

In line with DOH declaration of Dengue alert nationwide as of July 15, 2019, our
purpose of eradicating the causes of death-causing dengue & Zika mosquito, we are
hereby proposing our products consisting of chemicals, and equipment for this project.

We would like to ensure the safety of our constituents in the midst of an outbreak in
various areas. According to DOH, the increase in cases of dengue for 2019 is
consistently increasing and almost doubled, and with this in mind we will make sure it
does not reach epidemic proportion.
