Career Plan for Video Production Manager.

Knowledge of editing software.


Done- I have used video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut
Pro to edit short scenes, pictures and to create my own personal magazine.
To do- University would allow me to require a degree in and use the editing
software in filmmaking for short film or other projects to improve my
filmography.
Work experience as a video editor or in a production role would allow me to
understand how a video production manager operates within a team and the
importance of the role.
An apprenticeship that would allow me to learn the skills needed from an
experienced individual and be payed a starting wage.

Interview Skills.
Done- I have had head to head interviews in Y10 in school, which was practice
for job interviews.
To do- To apply for job training courses, apprenticeships and internships to
improve and practices those skills.
To plan for interview and be prepared with a CV and a cover letter.

Communication Skills.
Done- At Lifetime Learning, I worked in a team to manage school attendance
and punctually on a database. Being able to communicate with others online in
a large team.
To do- To continue looking for more job opportunities that include a wider
team effort and organisation between people to enhance my skills.

Team Skills.
Done- I planned short pieces of contents and be able to organise and plan my
own script, shot list, screenplay and use cameras.
To do- To apply for more team orientated jobs to improve my interactive skills
in the workplace and being able to communicate with others.
