Nearly everything need to be managed money, people,

property, children and of course businesses. All organization
–large corporation, small businesses, government agencies
some kind of management structure. Manager appears in all
areas; including accounting, marketing, teaching .Manager
are the backbones of the organization.

Regardless of the industry, organization or functional area,

all managers perform same key function: planning
organizing, directing, controlling, specific activities may
differ, but all management involves this function.All
managers supervise but not all supervisor managers.
Supervisor usually does not take major organizational
decision .Supervisor follow policies and guideline develops
by the managers.

some specially areas manager needs a high degree of
expertise in the field. A manager needs some requirement
like personal skill and communication. A characteristic of
successful managers is ability to communicate, integrity,
