SURVEY ON THE READINESS OF TEACHERS, LEARNERS AND

PARENTS TO FLEXIBLE LEARNING OPTIONS

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO READ BEFORE COMPLETING THIS SURVEY

Pursuant to Section 15, Article 2, of the 1987 Constitution, which states that the State shall protect
and promote the right to health of the people and instill health consciousness among them, and in adherence
to Section 3 of Presidential Proclamation No 929 s. 2020, which states that all government agencies to
render full assistance and cooperation with each other to mobilize the necessary resources to undertake,
critical, necessary and appropriate disaster response aid and measures to curtail, and eliminate the threat of
COVID-19, this office conducts this rapid survey to contribute to monitoring and mitigating the impact of
the pandemic in our educational programming.
The survey aims to assess the readiness of teachers, parents, and students to adapt to flexible
learning options. DepEd maintains that the students and their families must have access to education despite
the pandemic. Flexible learning options will provide an alternative, tailored education and support the
children and young people who might be disengaged from mainstream school because of the contagion. You
are advised to take time in answering the survey as your responses are essential in selecting the kind of
support programs necessary for the continuance of the children’s education. Rest assured that utmost
confidentiality pertinent to your responses shall be applied.
