· Saved ~$2,000 by implementing soft tooling change to injection molding
die after simulating optical performance of lenses
· Designed 2-axis CNC locator for automated testing of UI control board
· Created and executed DOE for wash pump testing that resulted in
necessary software change to improve wash algorithm reliability

Major Tool & Machine—Mechanical Engineering Intern June-Aug. 2019

· Designed and modeled CNC machining and welding fixtures to significantly
reduce setup and execution times for several large- and small-scale part jobs
· Designed and built large-scale clean room to meet assembly MIL-spec for
a part weighing over 100,000 lbs.
