Ice Candy Coffee Flavor

INGREDIENTS
You will need:

 1 pack Sarap Pinoy Gulaman Mix Coffee Flavor

 1 pack 25 grams coffee

 1 can 410ml Kremdensada Milk

 1 can 370ml Evaporated Milk

 1/4 Sugar

 2.6 Liters Water

 1 1/2 cup ng cassava flour (dissolve in 600ml water)

PREPARATION
Directions:

Step 1 Cook Gulaman according to packaging direction then set aside


Step 2 Bring to boil the 2.6 liters of water then slowly add the cassava flour.  Stir continously
until cook.  Remove from heat.
Step 3 Add the remaining ingredients. Adjust the coffee and sugar according to your taste.
Step 4 Cut the gulaman into cubes then add in the coffee mixture.
Step 5 Put the coffee jelly mixture in the ice candy bag. Freeze for 2 to 4hrs serve and enjoy!

Ingredients:
For the jelly:
 2 tbsp instant coffee powder
 1 pack (25g) jelly powder, unflavored
 1/4 cup sugar
 1.5 ltr water
For the milk mixture:

 1 can (250ml) condensed milk


 1 can (370ml) evaporated milk
 1/2 cup sugar
 2 cups water

OREO ICE CANDY RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
  

 10 pcs Oreo Cookies


 150 ml Condensed Milk
 250 ml warm Water
 250 ml Hot Water
 60 g Chocolate Powder eg. Milo
 Items needed: Ice candy plastic and funnel

INSTRUCTIONS
 
1. Crush Oreos into small pieces.
2. In a bowl, mix condensed milk and hot water, then add warm water and mix.
3. Immediately add chocolate powder into the mixture.
4. Add crushed Oreos.
5. Pour in mixture into the ice candy plastic bags using the funnel. Knot the plastic.
6. Freeze for a few hours.
