1) Introduction Motto

India is emerging as the economical superpower in the world with the support of talented, committed and
dedicated younger generation of our country. In infrastructure development is the most paramount
important factor to boost country’s image in the eye of the world and also a driving force for growth of
our economy. Infrastructure is the Heart of growth and progress of our country to make a superpower in
the world economy. We, Parth Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. pledge and oath to dedicate ourselves with all
our talented team for the growth of our beloved nation by rendering quality and timely performance in the
area of Infrastructure development and to contribute our maximum share for the growth of our nation with
crystal clear management vision with a sense of corporate governance as the management and team has
got ability to execute the projects as per schedule of Completion.

2) Organisation in Brief

Since inception we are engaged in the Construction of Infrastructure Project, like Irrigation Project, Dams,
Canals, Roads, Buildings, Pre-Engineering Building, Hanger, Runway Water Supply and Pipelines
Projects, and Infrastructure development. Our main business is filling of tenders for Civil Infrastructure
Projects of Government / Semi Government / Local Bodies and other statutory bodies and execution of
the work on award of the Contract, as per the tender document. We are enlisted as “AA” Class
Government Approved Contractor with R & B Division, Govt. of Gujarat and also enlisted as “S” Class
with MES Air Force, Pune, Central Government.

Our past performance and future projections:

During the last few years our turnover increased manifold and reached Rs 10562.50 lacs during 2015-
16. This is in spite of the lukewarm sentiments on overall industrial growth during the last few years.
We have been able to achieve consistent growth till 2015-16, mainly due to following factors:
 Outstanding quality, high precision.

 Economic and realistic quotes.

 Timely completion of projects.


It has been our endeavor to ensure proper project planning, adopt right procurement procedure,
employing project managers with fine managerial skills.

quality standards at all stages.

The organization is in the process of achieving Total Quality Management (TQM) which is company wide
philosophy for continuous improvement in all areas of operation.

Quality of incoming materials is ensured by way of

 Purchasing the material only from the Approved Vendor, manufactures.


 Testing of materials at the manufacturer’s Place or at the Site of work as the case may be. Ensuring the
Quality of Client’s supply Materials.

 Proper Storage of materials at site.

 Following standard, recommended practices for Workmanship.

There is a separate setup of Quality Control at every sites, headed by a quality Control Engineer, assisted by the
lab Technicians. And for this purpose we have sufficient equipments to check the quality of work. The list of
