wants to get more people involved with the club and attract new members. The club
organiser has asked you to write a report for the principal outlining what the club currently
does, explaining the club’s future plans and suggesting ways of getting more people involved
with the music club.

Report on the new music club

Introduction
As requested by the club’s organiser, the following report aims to highlight the activities run
within the music club, to give details about its future plans and to make recommendations
regarding methods by which it can become of interest to more students.
Actual activities
Although it is the newest club of our college, “Sing together” has plenty to offer to its
members, ranging from classical plays to pop songs; from group to individual practices with
remarkably skilful students. Not only does it include guitar and violin courses, but there are
also voice lessons.
For the future
The club’s main next goal is to expand the facilities provided by adding up piano and electric
guitar lessons, as, according to an online survey, these instruments are very popular
amongst the student’s preferences. In addition, we are planning on having sessions in front
of a real audience in order to keep the members motivated and to let them be given
constructive feedbacks.
Ways to get more people signed up
As a first suggestion, I feel it would be practical to hire some certified professors, as they
may attract new students owing to their rich knowledge and experience. Moreover, I
suggest that the college include several musical moments on special occasions such as
annual ceremonies where the members could five memorable performances.
Conclusion
As long as these measurements are taken into consideration, I strongly believe that more
and more people would choose to take part in the club’s activities.
