INTRODUCTION

The purpose of the following report is to describe the music club’s current activities, as well as
outline its future plans and suggest some future improvements in order to attract more members.

CURRENT ACTIVITIES

It goes without saying that music plays an important role in our life, that’s way this club has the
purpose of helping children get away from it all, giving them the chance to express their thoughts
through music. Not only does this club provide each and every student with a wide variety of
musical instruments, but it also offers the opportunity to discover their artistic skills. What is more,
this club holds weekly charity concerts in order to help children with financial problems, during
which students who attend this club can show what they have learnt.

FUTURE PLANS

Having only a small group of students who meet regularly in order to share their musical skills, the
club’s main goal is to attract more people by creating a special studio equipped with modern
musical instruments that will help children to improve their abilities. Moreover, the club is also
taking into consideration setting up a school band, which will be present at every event in order to
impress the audience.

POSSIBLE IMPROVEMENTS

Taking into account the importance of music in people’s lives, I would strongly recommend that the
college principal should be more implicated in creating a place for students to learn musical skills
by investing in professional equipment and trying to promote this club in order to get more children
involved with it. Flyers or posters hung in the school’s hall and posting information about this music
club on social media pages are one of the most efficient ways of attracting more members.
