 Basic Media Corporation in its 20 years of existence aims to provide quality


communication services but is drifting with financial and management
difficulties. Department seem to be competing with one another in accomplishing
tasks that complicates company goals and objectives. Thus, the goal is often
missed –because the members are not helping, reaching and communicating
department needs and purpose.
