New Host
Settings

After you have entered a meeting, you can access new host settings by clicking on the shield in the
bottom toolbar

Once you click on this, you will see several updated settings including:
 Quick access 
 Share their screen
 Send chat messages
These settings can be toggled on or off by the host throughout the meeting as needed.

You can access and change these settings throughout a meeting. You can disable chat messages.
However, if you need participants to send chat messages for a brief period of time during your
meeting, click on the shield and change the setting. Participants’ access to the chat will be changed
instantly. You can then remove this access once again once you no longer need it for your
participants.
