VASAYO. If you haven’t yet heard of this health and wellness company, you soon will.

Just this past June, the up-and-coming startup was named as one of the “Top 50 Healthcare Companies
in the World” — an award received during the International Forum on Advancements in Healthcare at
their Las Vegas conference.

Vasayo was selected as an IFAH award recipient because of its global contributions to healthcare. No
longer up-and-coming, this Utah-based company appears to have now up-and-arrived without any
intention of slowing down.

A Different Approach
Despite only launching just over two years ago, Vasayo isn’t letting June’s latest accolade go to their
head. Instead, they’re taking the accomplishment in stride while focused on a different approach to
success — one that extends beyond direct sales.

“Awards are nice, but people matter most, “ says Dallin A. Larsen, Vasayo Founder and CEO.

Those in the industry will undoubtedly recognize Larsen’s name from his extensive career and previous
success with co-founding MonaVie in 2005. That entrepreneurial pursuit saw MonaVie’s annual revenue
grow to $850 million by 2008. Larsen then retired in 2014.

Fortunately, that didn’t last long. Larsen and his wife, Karree, decided retirement wasn’t for them
because they missed being in the people business and building relationships. Naturally, the two decided
to begin a new journey in 2017 alongside Daniel Picou, Vasayo Cofounder and President, and Dan Zhu,
Vasayo Cofounder and President of Asia-Pacific. Thus, Vasayo was born.

This time around, however, Dallin and Karree are committed to not just building a quality brand, but an
organization whose longtime legacy will be rooted in bettering people’s quality of life.

“Ultimately, we gauge our success at Vasayo by how well we’re able to improve the everyday lives of
individuals and communities,” says Dallin.
Delivering Solutions Around the World
True to their people over profits mentality, Vasayo’s company motto is Delivering Solutions. This begins
with ensuring that every customer, domestic and foreign, receives superior products that drive tangible
results. Vasayo prides itself on producing only those products that have advanced liposomal delivery for
better absorption and use by the body.

Then come the Brand Partners. Using Vasayo’s proprietary cloud-based platform called VCloud, Brand
Partners have a digital solution that allows them to run their businesses with far less corporate
overhead. This empowers Vasayo to pay Brand Partners an increased compensation and truly invest in
the people that make their business tick.

Oh, and get this. In 2018, the company treated 200 of their top performers to a lifestyle trip to Paris.
This year, they’ve already taken several more Brand Partners to Greece and have plans to take others to
Germany, Hawaii and Fiji.

But what truly makes Visayo outshine others is their global vision of a better world. Through partnering
with the charitable organization Hands for Humanity, Dallin and Karree’s dream has become a reality
and continues to evolve.

Since its launch in 2017, Vasayo has built 64 wells in Tanzania and Africa, giving 145,000 men, women
and children access to fresh, clean drinking water.

It’s an incredible accomplishment but if you ask anyone on Visayo’s exectutive team, they’ll tell you this
is only the beginning. According to Vasayo’s website which lists “philanthropy” as one of the company’s
five key pillars, the Vasayo Vision states:

“Our objective is to bless the lives of 1 million people by establishing 1,000 clean water wells within
African communities.”

Poised for the Future

Vasayo’s latest endeavor is the brainchild of Karree. Released in early 2019, CBD One is a
cannabidiolbased product available in both a cream and a tincture form. Though Karree had been
pushing for this type of product for years, it became much more viable with the passing of 2018’s Farm
Bill.

Since it’s release, CBD One has opened up a myriad of new opportunities, including interest from
customer bases who previously may not have been interested in other Vasayo products. With more and
more companies catching up to the buzz around CBD-based products, Vasayo is leading the charge. The
organization is poised for the future with plans to expand their current product line in order to make
these types of products more accessible.
Through similar innovations to that of CBD One, a Utah startup has now matured into a global enterprise
spanning two continents. Here’s a look at Visayo’s development over the last two years through the
opening of four offices:

 Pleasant Grove, Utah (Headquarters, opened May 2017)

 Hong Kong, China (Opened August 2017)
 Taipei City, Taiwan (Opened September 2018)
 Bangkok, Thailand (Opened August 2019)

When looking at what lies ahead for Vasayo, Picou keeps the company’s central focus in mind and
echoes the sentiments of his fellow founders.

“Health and wellness will continue to become a bigger part of our lives as a global society. Whether
through our products or our philanthropic efforts, Vasayo will be at the forefront of the battle to help all
humans live happier, healthier and more fulfilling lives.”

If the past is any indication of what the future holds, Vasayo has a bright one ahead of them.
