Start your checks

the moment
you start your
machinery.
It’s always good to get your equipment back up and running
again – especially after a long shut-down. But from the
moment you start back up, there are a few simple checks
to run through to ensure your equipment continues to
perform at maximum efficiency with minimum issues.

AT START UP

Non-moving servo’s
and valves get stuck,
Closely
leading to poor monitor
control response
and increased wear.

Carefully check air

bleed valves and lines
Unwanted air in the system can cause critical damage.

Closely check filtering

and cooling loops
Some contaminants only reveal themselves when
lubricants begin circulating.

Closely monitor
temperatures
Running infrared temperature measurements
on critical components will show if they’re
out of line with historical data.
