Cyclean® Transportation Devices

 The Cyclean® unit must be installed on a

transportation device to be mobile and allow
operation at different locations.
 Examples for suitable transportation devices
are:
 Mercedes Sprinter
 Ford Transit
 VW Crafter
 Trailer

Cyclean® Unit Dimensions

In order to install the unit into the van, you have to take unit dimensions and weight into consideration:
 Cyclean unit length * weight * height: 2000mm * 1320mm * 1340mm
 Net weight: 1,100kg (without fluids)
 Full weight: approx. 1,700kg (including 400L water and 250L Diesel)

Cyclean® Van Mounting Frame

 For the installation a mounting frame is required. It can either be self-procured by the customer
or provided by LHT.
 In order to install the Cyclean unit into the van, you need to fixate the mounting frame to the
loading area at the back of the van.

Cyclean® Van Mounting Frame

 For usability reasons, the unit should be installed

at a maximum distance of approx. 600mm from
the van‘s back door.
