We are a group of grade 12 researchers under the STEM strand. Currently, we are conducting a
study about the combined used of banana bast and rice husk as an alternative in paper making.

We would like to ask for permission to use the laboratory equipments such as the beakers, bunsen
burners and wire gauze. We would like to ask for the reagents such as the sodium hydroxide,
hydrosulphide, sodium hypochlorite and calcium carbonate.

We are sincerely asking for permission to borrow and ask for the said reagents, we are grateful if you
consider the permission that we are requesting .
