PROJECTS

1. Currently working on Multi Year Humanitarian Programme (MYHP) funded by DFID to United
Nation Consortium Partners (FAO, WFP and UNICEF) with AKRSP in disaster affected areas of
UC Charun, Mulkow and Kosht of Diustrict Chitral. The objectives of the project are
Preparedness, response and recovery of Natural and Ma made disaster in the region.
2. Micro Finance in district Swabi, Haripur and Attock
3. Social Mobilization Project in district Swabi, Haripur and Attock. The outcomes of the project
was MIS formation on the basis of data collected from COs, VOs and Los

4. Livelihood Enhancement and Protection Project in district Swabi, Haripur and Attock
5. Recently working as Social Mobilization in charge under KFW-PPAF (LACIP) project in district
Swabi, Haripur and Attock, under KfW project we worked on CPIs, LEP and health. Under
LACIP project COs, VOs and LSOs were formed and need were identified for infrastructure,
Sanitation, Irrigation then these needs were fulfilled as per LACIP Project.

6. Multi Sectorial Plan (MSP) project in three district of KP. Under this project Multi Sectorial Plan
Document was prepared with Line agencies and Local Support Organizations (LSOs) for proper
implementation of community need on priority basis. This document was the whole property of
LSOs in Union Council and Local Government developmental work will be done on this base.
7. Worked on Social Mobilization and CPIs MIS with Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund (PPAF)
and German Bank (KfW) on the basis of data collected from Cos.

8. Worked on ESMF Project in Haripur District that was sponsored by the Government of Pakistan
and funded by the World Bank and other international donors. The ESMF has been prepared to set
out the environmental assessment procedures required by PPAF and its POs to assess the
environmental consequences of PPAF interventions, with a view to preventing execution of
interventions with significant negative environmental and social impacts. It also attempts at
minimizing potential negative impacts by incorporating mitigations at the design stage and
implementing mitigations at the implementation stage of the interventions.

Designation : Focal Person RTF/JPA for Upper Chitral ( Volunteer)

Under direct supervision of the RTF/JPA Convener and Management of Upper Chitral Ismaili Council
working as Focal Person for RTF/JPA activities. Under RTF/JPA implementing His Highness Prince
Karim Aga Khan Diamond Jubilee Jamati Programme related activities in the entire Region.
Being a Focal Person responsible for monitoring and evaluation of results and impact of JPA activities for
providing a basis for evidence-based decision making on necessary amendments and improvements to
implement the activities as per Ismaili Council Policies. In addition, also responsible to promote
accountability for resource use and document, provide feedback on and disseminate lessons learned.
Following are the major responsibilities.
 Coordination with National and Regional Council.
 Conduct the implementation and monitoring visits of all activities, at Regional Level, as laid out in
the implementation plan.
 Manage the effective and proper use of assets, financial resources and facilities according to
standard procedures in order to comply with auditing requirements.
 Support the local RTF/JPA team to design and timely implementation of JPA activities in their
Councils as per approved budget for each activity.
 Active participation to monitor the activities in the entire Region.
 Assist Convener (RTF/JPA) in preparation of all documents and forms necessary for
implementation and reporting of JPA activities.
 Maintain coordination and appropriate information sharing and communication lines with partners
