Summer Fun
DIRECTIONS: Read the story. Then put the events of the
story into the correct order.

Pete had a fantastic summer.


In June he took three short trips. First he went to
Myrtle Beach and played miniature golf. Then he
went to Florida and spent several days on the beach. Then he spent the last
week of June on a ranch in California, where he learned how to ride a horse.
In July, he participated in several camps at the local community college.
The first two weeks of July he went to Robotics Camp. The last two weeks of
July he went to Computer Coding Camp.
In August, he spent the first few weeks hanging around the house, taking
care of some long overdue chores and catching up on his reading. He spent
the last few weeks of August getting ready to go back to school. He
organized his bedroom. Then he went out shopping for school supplies. The
last thing he went shopping for was new clothes. By the time Labor Day was
over and it was time to get back into the school groove, Pete was rested
and ready!

Pete went to California.

Pete attended Robotics Camp.

Pete went to Myrtle Beach.

Pete took care of chores around the house.

Pete went shopping for clothes.

Pete went to Florida.

Pete organized his bedroom.

Pete attended Computer Coding Camp.
