Based on the advertisement posted on Jobstreet.com, I found that PT Surabaya

Mekabox is looking for a Logistics Supervisor. Through the skills and experiences
listed below, I believe to be a strong candidate for this program.

My name is Navan, from Palembang but currently stays in Sidoarjo. I graduated

from Chemical Engineering at State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya, Palembang on 2018. I
graduated from Chemical Engineering on 2018 with two title. First, As A Cumlaude
Alumnus with 3.68 GPA. Second, As The Most Discipline Alumnus 2018 from
Chemical Engineering Department. During my study, I actively joined some of papers
scientific competition (research based). I also a member of Mahasiswa Riset and
Sains Organization. I also got PPA Scholarship for several semesters because i have
a good GPA in each semester.
I have an experience as a Production Supervisor at PT. Dwi Selo Giri Mas (Ground
Calcium Carbonate). During my previous experience I used to handle requests and
complaints from many customers who come from various industries. I have to ensure
that every product that is produced meets our quality standard. As a Supervisor, I am
good in planning, managing, and coordinating with my team. I also good in adapting
to a new environment and also new people. I am strong in Forecasting and Planning
things such as demands of raw material stock, finishing goods stock, Production and
Delivery Schedule and etc. I also responsible to make and analyze the report of QC
monthly and based on my analysis, I have to coordinate and discuss with another
division to make an improvement on every machine to produce a product that has a
better quality than before.

I have some of expirience about safety by joined some Training and Certification
such as OHSAS, Health and Safety Process in Chemical Industry, and Ahli K3 Umum.
