Procedure

1. Combine sugar and water in a casserole and make a light syrup


2. Beat egg yolks till light and lemon colored. Drop a tablespoon at a time in the
syrup forming a circle about 3 inches in diameter. Cook till just firm.
3. Remove and put in a tray without overlapping
4. Don not allow syrup to boil, remove from fire once in a while then add a little hot
water when get syrup gets too thick.
5. Combine filling ingredients except vanilla. Cook over medium heat till thick
stirring constantly.
6. Lay a circle on a plate and put a tablespoon of filing in a center, fold sides to form
a cone .

Purpose of the project:


Water Rose Apple is very demand in our province. The aim for this project is to
discover and taste when they make it juice. And unfortunately it is very healthy and
students should really be loved it.

Procedure:

1. Wash the Rose apple, remove the seeds and slice it.
2. Crush the Rose apple with the help of blender, strain well and get the
liquid.
3. Add sugar and ice as required and pour into glass. Tasty and tangy Rose
apple juice is ready.
