Q
Respondents of the Study

The respondents of the study are the employees of Global Tech Solution. The total population of
employees in Global Tech Solution is thirty (30), through purposive sampling, our sample size is thirty
(30).

Research Instrument

A questionnaire is composed of a series of questions designed to gather particular information. It

is a research instrument consists of a list of a survey questions asked to the respondents for the purpose
of gathering necessary information relative to the study.

In this study, the research instrument used the questionnaire to be answered by the employees.
Questionnaire was prepared by the researchers, which supplies information that will be used in this
study. The employees can finish at their own convenience because they are familiar in answering it.

Random sampling technique may be used to find representative samples to avoid bias and also
this technique is useful and convenient among the researchers when they perform their study and most
effective to determine the sample size by using Slovin’s Formula.

The computation was shown below:

Slovin’s formula:

Where the given are:

n = the sample size

N = 33 as a total population

e = 0.05 as the margin error

Solution:

Data Gathering Procedure

The researchers gathered the necessary data from Global Tech Solution. The different
processes are as follows:

 First, the researcher went to Global Tech Solution to ask about how IT Department conduct and
help other department in computer or system problem.
 Second, the researchers went to different libraries to seek for literatures or studies that are
relevant to the study.
 Third, the researchers construct questionnaires composed of statements and divided into two
categories. The first category is the demographic profile of the respondents and the second is
composed of statements that will help the researchers gather the relevant data to their study.
 Fourth, the questionnaire was distributed to the respondents of the researcher.
 Fifth, the answers of the respondents in the questionnaire were tallied.
 Lastly, the answered questionnaire was gathered and tabulated to derive results of the study.

PRESENTATION ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION OF DATA

This chapter presents the analysis and interpretation of data sequence on the instrument
used in the study arranged to the statement of the problem.
