Dear Head of Central Laboratory,

I am writing to apply for the Laboratory Student Assistant position that was advertised on the
student’s bulletin board. As requested, I enclosed complete copy of all the requirements.

The role is very appealing to me, and I believe that all the experiences that I had way back in
high school will back me up to be highly competitive for this position. My key strength that will
help me acquire the position are as follow:
 I was a Science student for four years and currently a STEM student.
 I discovered an antimicrobial plant and was hands-on throughout the experimentation.
 I always strive to know more and to be excellent in everything I put my hands into.

As a Science Technology, Engineering and Mathematics student, I have a comprehensive

understanding on the protocol that must be observed inside a Science Laboratory, proper
handling of all the laboratory apparatus and equipment and had a lot of experiences
throughout my high school days.
