    I would like to apply for this position as an intern in your research lab because I have great
    experience in labs and find an interest in your research with particulates. I hope to one day find a
    job that focuses solely on the study of plastics in hopes to find more sustainable ways of producing
    and recycling them. I have excellent work ethic and am currently in my third year of my degree,
    meaning I will be able to understand the topics and concepts covered within the lab. I also have
    experience in many programs such as MATLAB, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. I hope you will consider
    me for this position as it will help me get experience in a field I wish to work in and will guide me to
    a better knowledge of what I am studying.
