1.Find a topic relevant to your community or organisation.
My Possible topics will be -
a.) Bio hacking and how to solve various problems in biology.
b.) How to boost your biotech startup.

2. Decide the target audience.

The possible target audience for my topic will be research students of biological
sciences, medical students and other interested people.

3. Sending invitation to possible subject experts or speakers.

The possible subject experts for topics chosen by me can be -

2.) Dr. Renu Swarup, Chairperson, Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance
Council
3.) Dr. J.S. Yadav, President, Society of Biotechnology and Incubation Center

4. Decide The Medium and Timing

we can use Facebook live, google hangout, zoom, Microsoft team and many other
online platforms to conduct the webinar.
Once we have decided the speaker then we can fix the timings for the webinar

5. Market the Webinar

we can use social media like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and others to raise
awareness about our webinar. And we also can send emails to potential people who
will attend the webinar. We can even create awareness about our webinars by
posters and YouTube videos. We can also use search engine optimization
techniques for a better reach.

6. Encouraging the audience – To encourage the audience to attend the webinar I

will provide them with e-certificate after successful completion of webinar.
