 For HOD - Assign roster accordingly (Assign normal shift, days report to work and

assign work from home shift for days work from home.
 For employees – Apply for work from home logs. (Put IN and OUT times) This helps
to maintain clear track of records during your work from home days.
Step -01  - Log into your user profile and navigate to "Out of office / Log" and click "Entry"

Step -02 - Click "APPLY NEW" to put a new entry.

Step -03 - In the pop up window mark, Date, IN & OUT time accordingly and select the work
type as "Working from home" from the dropdown menu.

 Use work from home time to clear past leave records and missing attendance. It will
be easy for you to view your own attendance and leave records clearly and
accurately.
 Any kind of services from employee support team which can be provided online can
be requested by an email. (Think what kind of services we can provide?)
