InSysPay ESS User Manual

When employee logs in for the first time, he will be presented with the username and password
screen.
The username is the Employee ID registered in the software.
The default first time password is Test105*, which the software will prompt to change
immediately after logging in.

Login:

After logging in the employee will be shown the dashboard, where the employee can check his
current attendance status, leave balance.

The Dashboard also has quick links for checking upcoming anniversaries or birthdays of fellow
employees.

Employees can check Off-days and Holiday list from the dashboard itself.
Dashboard / Homepage:

Personal:

In the personal tab, the employees can view their personal profile and check for any missing
data. They can fill up the missing data using edit profile and submit for approval.
Employees can check their as well as their superior’s schedule.
Employees can also change password from this menu.
Attendance:

In the attendance menu the employees can check their personal attendance, day wise format.
It will also display approved leaves and missing punches.
The employees can apply for regularization of missing punches from the attendance list itself.

When the employee clicks on regularization application, a new popup will be opened prompting
the employee to insert missing time (IN time or OUT time) in the missing box along with the
reason for missing punch.
The regularization will reflect in the attendance of employee once their HOD/Admin has
approved the regularization.
Note: The option of ‘ShiftEnd NextDay’ is only for overnight (Night Shift) employees who have
missed their out punch, which falls in the next day.

TDS:

Employees can fill in their TDS declaration from their profile itself. The effect of declaration will
take place once it has been approved by the HOD/Admin
