Cohort-Survival Rate.

This refers to the percentage of enrollees at the beginning grade


or year in a given school year who reached the final grade or year of the elementary or
secondary level.
Completion Rate. This refers to the percentage of students who have completed high
school within four years.
Drop-out Rate. This refers to the percentage of students failing to complete a
particular school year.
Net Enrolment Rate. This refers to the ratio of the number of children of official primary
school age who are enrolled in primary education to the total population of children of
official.
Personal Attributes. This refers to the personal qualities of teachers that involve the
personality of teachers as an individual.
Professional Attributes. This refers to the qualities of teachers that exemplifies in
school environment.
Interpersonal Effectiveness. This refers to the ability to successfully interact with
others colleagues in school.
School Management and Operations. This refers to the effective and efficient
planning, organizing and management of school principals to ensure the safe and
caring learning environment.
Salary and Working Hours. This refers to the DepEd general guidelines for the
implementation of working hours of public school teachers as stated under DepEd
Memorandum No. 291 dated June 13, 2008.
