Network R & S Expert

Role Description
 Successful candidate would be responsible for troubleshooting and solving critical P2
incidents, does timely escalations
 Is proactive in owning issues and be self-driven. Perform task with minimal or no
supervision.
 Be a team player and also be as a mentor fellow engineers. Being empathetic and have
sound communication skills.
 In this role, successful candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills and thorough
knowledge of network administration and architecture. Open to work 24X7 on need basis.

Any degree (15 years of education)

Years of Experience
3 to 6 Years of relevant experience

Skills
Must To have
 Successful candiadate must have a sound understanding of routing and switching
technologies like BGP, OSPF, STP, Nexus, Fabric Path, OTV,QOS, PBR
 Should have worked in operations handling critical incidents.
 Should have fair understanding of Data Centers and WAN technologies (MPLS VPN etc)
 fair understanding of IP (IP header, subnetting)
 Should have sound understanding of wireless technologies like Cisco, Aruba wireless
networks, NAC, RADIUS
 CCNA or CCNP (Routing Switching / Data Center) would be preferred
 Good Communication Skills
 perform basic packet capture analysis
 experience in working on Splunk and doing log analysis

Good to have
 Experience working with monitoring tools like HP NNMI, Solarwind, ServiceNow, NetPm,
HPNA
 Experience working with ticketing system like CISM
 ITIL certification or experience is desirable
 Scripting and programming skills
