ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 As part of Network Team, responsibilities will include day to day hands on network
operations management, service management, change management etc.,
 Maintain the Team Queue SLAs by responding and resolving the issues reported.
 Create and maintain documentation for all relevant solutions.
 Join and lead triage calls across the Network layout which will include working with cross
functional teams like Infrastructure and GIS teams.
 Work with developers in helping with the automation solutions across Network devices.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

 CCNA or equivalent industry &/or business networking experience desired .

 Min 3+ years' experience in enterprise-level networking in TCP/IP routing protocols
 Knowledge of Routing and switching design, configuration, implementation a nd support
 Understanding of routing and switching protocols including but not limited to; BGP, OSPF,
HSRP, Spanning Tree.
 Must be proficient with network monitoring tools.
 experience with network troubleshooting and resolution of routing problems
 Required Technical and Professional Expertise
 Cloud experience is highly desirable.
