Maintenance Controls - Graduate Scheme

Our Production Maintenance team is at the heart of the business.

Reporting to our Technical Manager, your main Objectives and Responsibilities will be as
follows:

•To help to design SCADA animations of machine conditions

•To help develop Machine Condition Reports

•To help develop and deploy a Predictive Maintenance System across production machinery

We know that everyone and every role is important in our ongoing success. We are looking for
an extraordinary person who is studying for or have completed a degree in an
Engineering related subject within the last 2 years and are on target to achieve or achieved a 2:1
or above.

We understand that you may have limited work experience but you should have well-developed
problem solving and analytical skills, possess good interpersonal skills, initiative and the
enthusiasm to achieve. Quality in our business is top priority and we need individuals who can
demonstrate a high focus on quality and a right first time attitude.

Skills and experience required:

•Good Mathematic abilities

•An Engineering related qualification


•An interest in ‘how things work’

•A keen interest in logic puzzles and problem solving

Specific technical knowledge or qualifications required:

•Maths A-level

•ICT or Engineering A-level

•ICT or Engineering degree

running up and down the country; you can travel to London in an hour and 40 minute. It’s close
to the big cities of the North-West too – Liverpool and Manchester which are both just 30 minutes
away by train.
