Since we have technical backing from Autodesk Authorized Service Providers, it would be our
pleasure to setup an incubation center in your college and assist you in training and
implementing the BIM technology. The training provided is the same worldwide, and carries a
lot of weightage when a candidate is certified by Autodesk. This will in turn help in
understanding the engineering industry process which will play a major role in mentoring the
students to create the world class engineers, there by achieving your mission and vision
statement, further creating a fame for your college in terms of producing “Quality Engineers”.

Implementing KPO

On Successful completion of the Internship training the trained students will be eligible for
doing real time projects with Swifterz Creative Services Ltd. The candidates those who are
involving in the Interns activity shall be directly recruited by Swifterz Creative Services or
outsourced to the clients through campus drive.
Swifterz Creative Services will be training your faculty members on the same Technology
before implementation and staff members will engage in the project as project Heads.

Commercials Involved: -

For Candidates:
1. Training cost involved for the successful completion of the outsourced projects in
BIM series (i.e. AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, Revit Structures, Revit MEP) will be
bared by Swifterz.
2. During the initiation of the training program, the certification charges has to be paid
by the candidates. On the successful completion of the training programme
 candidates have to undergo evaluation from Autodesk to get certified (which is
mandatory).
3. The evaluation procedure and cost is mentioned in annexure A

For Institution:
1. The scope of sales in outsourcing the projects (to the institutions) will be taken care
by Swifterz.
2. The sale value of the projects that are completed through COE in the campus will
be shared between Swifterz and Institution at the ratio of 40:60 respectively.
3. Facilitation and space allotment agreed by institution is mentioned in the annexure
B.
4. In case if the management expects additional revenue for maintaining their
infrastructure, they can add additional charges apart from the certification charges.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions shall form the basis of contract between the clients
(Avinashilingam School of Engineering) and firm name (Swifterz Creative Services) in the
event that the client decides to proceed and accepts this proposal:

1. Authorization must be provided without any restriction in the allocated time to

have free access to the agreed space and facilitation.
2. On prior request from Swifterz, the team can engage operations on any
vacations or holidays.
3. Dedicated line of contact from institution for communication regarding regular
operations.
4. Dedicated faculty (Preferably from civil department) as Team leads from
institutions for team handling and project management.
5. Confidentiality must be maintained regarding project commercials and
execution.
6. Attendance: 90% must be maintained by the candidates who are involving in
the internship.
7. Current academic calendar must be shared for scheduling purpose. Also prior
information must be given in case of any changes in schedule.

Note: All the candidates must avail Revit Architecture, Revit Structure, Revit MEP, AutoCAD
Inventor certificates. Certification charges would be 440$ (110x4 Certificates)+ tax.

Training Schedule:

Training Duration: Total duration for the above listed schedule will be 110 Hours.

Evaluation & Certification process:

On the successful completion of the training for evaluation, all the candidates will be doing pilot
projects which will be evaluated by Autodesk authorized professionals.

Hardware requirements:
Workstation with the configuration mention below.
7th gen i7 Processor with 32 GB of RAM and 8GB of Graphics and preferably 500GB
of SSD.
CAD Plotter machine
Laser Printer

Software requirements:
For domestic projects free software from Autodesk can be used which will be provided
by Swifterz.
For International projects licensed BIM software must be used.
Being an Autodesk reseller, BIM license can be availed from Swifterz in subsidized
cost.

Space Allotment:
Min. 60Nos. of workstations with the above mentioned specs.
In addition two workstations with internet facilities for our staffs.
