Speaking out is just about making your views openly and known, especially to protest or defend

something. This research focuses on how to communicate good skills in communication in an

article, The Conversation. It summarizes the effectiveness of speaking and the philosophy behind

speech, which is the Trait Theory. The example demonstrated in this study by Mc Cain, is based

on facts and accuracy as stated. In a nutshell, many can make independent decisions, but based

on how he/she interacts, only one is a leader.

To begin with, today's majority of leaders are often judged by their ability to speak effectively.

When you listen to effective leaders, their capacity to speak in public is one of the abilities they

possess. Although leaders frequently take actions to avoid controversial topics and the glare of

hostile media, it is the absolute necessity for strong leaders to speak out about what's right and

wrong, particularly at crucial historical moments. One way of becoming an effective leader is to

create and communicate ideas that move teams and organizations towards a common objective.

As leaders, or potential leaders, come up with ideas and share their ideas with others, what they

say may be relevant. Some assess the speaker's effectiveness as a leader based on a speaker's

contact with a team or organization.

The Trait leadership theory is an early concept, in a scientific sense, that leaders are born and

that those who possess the right characteristics and attributes are better suited to leadership. This

theory also describes conduct traits typical in leaders who are based on the characteristics of

many leaders. These include tenacity, imagination, versatility, good judgment and decision-

making cognitive abilities, innovation, an open mind, and adaptability as well as professional

communication. The approach to trait leadership reflects the notion that leaders are exceptional

individuals who embody a mix of important qualities that involve talking about critical issues

impacting society as a whole. This approach also acts as a framework for selecting appropriate

leaders and useful personality tests to recognize the strengths and weaknesses of a potential

leader.

A sighted example in the report, Michael McCain, Maple Leaf Foods ' CEO, demonstrated this

leadership with his recent posts where he defends liberal institutions and expresses concern at the

deaths of 57 Canadians, including one of his employees ' wife and son. This progressive CEO

pointed out an offensive American act that took place in the United States. The behest of

President Donald Trump, to kill a top Iranian official in Baghdad. The targeted killing has

exacerbated tensions between the US and Iran. Shortly after the takeoff, Iranians mistakenly

guided missiles at Flight PS752, killing 176 people. While he received responses on social

media, McCain has served to reinforce a uniquely Canadian company, Maple Leaf Foods, by

supporting Canadian ideals as the country continues to recover from the disaster.

In conclusion, the leadership style is how a leader fulfills his goals. It can decide whether an

organization, public or team is or not successful. This depends on the leaders and how they

understand what leadership is and the leadership approaches they prefer. The leader may follow

one of the various styles, abilities, or characters that are represented based on how this works.

The relationship between speaking out and leadership is deep. Leadership calls for efficient

communication and public confidence in speaking is a key component.
