Lilies, Roses and Signet-Star: Two Rare Rosicrucian

Statement regarding the Status of all ‘Children’

“Elisha was first of all Elias’ Servant, and it would take too
long to repeat the same thing for all others; even a lower Angel
takes instruction from Another; likewise, the secret of Urim and
Thumim was solely among the Prophets and a few pious priests
and kings. Paracelsus / Jacob Boehm did not have dealings
with a great many Wisemen: and truly, None without going
merely to the Mystery of the Light of grace and nature, and
without secret institution, is a truer Magus, Cabalist and
Philosophus. No One gives more to Another than the planting
and watering, that is, the right Concept; and blessings or growth
come from God Alone. And because growth is more than
planting and watering, God must also be given the greatest and
the most Honor. Those are conceived and born in the Lineage
within which all Prophets are conceived, who come to the Highest
Degree; but they bring a Mark (literally, a Trump card) that We
cannot show to the current or present ‘imaginary’ saints. Thus
the hopeful courtly-Heart abides in all Confidentiality, leaving
the world blind in all secrets. - He who is not born to this must
first be a Servant before he becomes a Master.”
 Provocative Ingredients & Scriptures (from “The Signet-
star”: 1803)
Once the holy of holies is opened, the holy fire-Provider throws
incense therein 7 times with a curved spoon of gold. But the holy
fire should be prepared with the following: a.) Shavings of
juniper, b.) Shavings of aloe, c.) Shavings of brazil, d.)
Shavings of cedar, e.) Bread-flour, f.) Oil, g.) Coals previously
extracted in water with myrrh and salt. The smoke should be of:
Mandragora (mandrake) half an ounce, Verbena or vervain half
an ounce, Devil's dung (asafoetida) half an ounce, Storax
Caliente one ounce, Agstein 1 ounce (that comman resin and
sulfur vapor / the Agstein is heaven’s child). Mica 1 ounce,
Cloves 1 ounce, Mother of cloves (fruit of the clove tree) 1 ounce,
Cinnamon 1 ounce, Mastic 1 ounce, Some feathers from the
wings of a dove.
As soon as this is done, [he] is led back to the sacred fire, where
he kneels several times, then speaks as follows: “And Jesus the
Anointed saw an outcast [leper], and stretched out his hand,
touched him, and said, I so do; and at once he was cleansed of
his leprosy [his countenance was cleansed].” “And Jesus said
unto him, See thou tell no one; but go, show yourself to the
priest, and offer the gift that Moses commanded, for a testimony
against them. And the outcast did so and was silent.” “So also
be pure in the presence of the Lord your God, Who is the
beginning, the middle and the end, the Infinite!”
Here the Urim and Thummim are taken from the holy of holies
to be hung around [him] with these words: “And they made the
breastplate according to Art, and in the middle of the breastplate,
the light, the image of the Almighty. And the breastplate had 12
divisions; the 12 gates of pearl of the New Jerusalem in which
there is no temple.”
