Dear Sir:
The Department of Civil Engineering are requiring our students to undertake
apprenticeship to earn an experience of a real‐world job as part of the curriculum of the
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
In this regard, I would like to request your office to allow our senior students to undergo
apprenticeship for a period of 112 hours. The following students are:

If you agree, we suggest that you assign these students to the activities that gives them
opportunity to practice and/or apply knowledge and skills in the field of civil engineering . Specific
activities should be reflected in the proposed work plan set by your agency.

our student in this endeavor.
