2) Defining Success
My learning- Identifying the target I want to achieve, the goal of my life.
Working and preparing for achieving the aim. Thinking and rationalising the
decision based on what we want to do in my life not based on other opinion.
Start working and prepare a lot for achieving the same and not waiting to be
invited in.
Combining the 3Ps- Passion, Purpose, Practicality. Go for passion firstly by
identifying purpose and its practicality in the real world.
For me, I want to become financially independent not relying on others for my
needs. For this, I am pursuing PGDM from Jaipuria Institute of Management
and wants to become financial analyst.

3) Time and Energy Management

Here I learnt about the things which can be done to improve our skillset.
Firstly, abstaining from indulging in unnecessary things like political
discussions and focus on achieving on our own goal.
Secondly, removing negativity from life and bringing positivity. Staying away
from negative people and stay connected with those for whom we care about
and who cares about us.
As time is money we have to learn to start bargaining on our time for our own-
selves and saving and utilizing for useful things and storing energy for doing
some productive work. Staying conscious and focus for doing the things better.

4) Sensitivity analysis
Learning about sensitivity analysis, which includes theoretical sensitivity
analysis. Practical sensitivity analysis and personal sensitivity analysis.
For selecting something important doing practical sensitivity analysis like
choosing colleges.
Identifying the factors that matters and analysing what is blocking our path
from achieving that.
Doing all the three analysis is important. One thing that marks is not important
what matters is intelligence we have.
Hiding the personal sensitivity to something from people near us so that no one
can misuse it and become a roadblock in achieving it.
Identify the things that matter and start working on it for achieving the goal.

5) Overall Development
This Corporate Skill development program has helped in analysing the skillset I
possess, which skills are underdevelopment and what needs to be done to
improve it. It helped me in knowing what are the skill sets that must be listed
and what needs to be unlisted.
Examining the weakness and finding out the way to come out it. Doing the
sensitivity analysis for knowing and finding out the obstacle that come in
between the path of achieving our goal. Prioritizing the things is important for
achieving success in life by removing pessimist people from our surroundings
and infusing positivity into it. Thus, the overall program has motivated and
encouraged me to stay productive and focussed on a goal and start working
towards it.
