Thinking for Results (Creativity, Innovation & Critical Thinking)

Introduction

This program will help delegates to see, think, and act differently to get better
results. In today’s turbulent competitive business environment, it’s not enough to do
things differently, we must do different things.

All of us possess creative thought. It’s the application that’s the issue. Creativity,
innovation and critical thinking are natural processes. We are all born creative
problem solvers. True innovative thinking consists of seeing what everyone else has
seen, thinking what no one else has thought and doing what no one else has dared.

Participants will develop a deeper appreciation of their creative and innovative

thinking skills and will be able to apply these to the work environment by
understanding how to use creative ‘critical’ thinking and then apply these for
decision making and communication that delivers concrete results.
