Instructions for Online Submission of Application for Undergraduate Admission 2020

Incomplete applications will not be entertained.

Candidate found to have made false or incorrect statement in this from is liable to expulsion and legal action.

A candidate can give choices of all disciplines in the order of priority. However it is advised to avoid giving
unnecessary choices of disciplines which may not be acceptable to the student afterwards.

‫اﻣﯾدوار داﺧﻠہ ﻓﺎرم ﻣﯾں اﭘﻧﮯ ﻣﻧﺗﺧب ﮐرده ﺷﻌﺑہ ﺟﺎت ﮐﯽ ﺗرﺟﯾﺣﯽ ﺗرﺗﯾب دے ﺳﮑﺗﺎ ﮨﮯ۔ﺑﮩرﺣﺎل ﻏﯾر ﺿروری ﺷﻌﺑہ ﺟﺎت ﮐﮯ اﻧﺗﺧﺎب ﺳﮯ ﮔرﯾز ﮐرﯾں ﺟو ﺑﻌد ازاں اﻣﯾدوار‬
‫ﮐو ﻗﺎﺑ ِل ﻗﺑول ﻧہ ﮨوں۔‬

The order of preferences once given shall be final and cannot be changed subsequently in any case at any stage.
Merit will be determined according to the given preference of disciplines and their order of priority.

ِ ‫ب ﺗرﺟﯾﺣﺎت ﺣﺗﻣﯽ ﮨوﮔﯽ اور ﺑﻌد ازاں اس ﻣﯾں ﮐﺳﯽ ﻗﺳم ﮐﯽ ﺗﺑدﯾﻠﯽ ﻧﮩﯾں ﮨو ﺳﮑﮯ ﮔﯽ۔ ﻣﯾرٹ ﮐﺎ ﺗﻌﯾن دی ﮔﺋﯽ ﺷﻌﺑہ ﺟﺎت ﮐﯽ ﺗرﺗﯾ‬

‫ﻣطﺎﺑﻖ ﮐﯾﺎ ﺟﺎﺋﮯ ﮔﺎ۔‬

Starting with the first preference, applicants will be assessed and ranked according to the merit for each discipline.
A computerized matching process will place the applicants (meeting the minimum merit requirements) to the
highest listed his / her preference.

‫ ﮨر ﺷﻌﺑﮯ ﮐﮯ ﻣﯾرٹ ﮐﯽ ﮐﻣﭘﯾوﭨراﺋزڈ درﺟہ ﺑﻧدی ﮐﯽ ﺟﺎﺋﮯ ﮔﯽ۔ اور ﮐﻣﭘﯾوﭨراﺋزڈ ﻣﯾﭼﻧﮓ ﻧظﺎم ﮐﮯ ذرﯾﻌﮯ ﮨرﺗرﺟﯾﺢ‬، ‫اﻣﯾدوار ﮐﯽ ﭘﮩﻠﯽ ﺗرﺟﯾﺢ ﮐو ﻣدِﻧظر رﮐﮭﺗﮯ ﮨوﺋﮯ‬
ٰ ‫ﮐرده ﺷﻌﺑﮯ ﮐﮯ ﻟﯾﮯ ان اﻣﯾدواران ﮐﯽ‬
‫اﻋﻠﯽ ﻧﻣﺑروں ﮐﯽ ﻓﮩرﺳت ﻣرﺗب ﮐﯽ ﺟﺎﺋﮯ ﮔﯽ ﺟو ﮐم از ﮐم اﮨﻠﯾﺗﯽ ﻣﻌﯾﺎ ر ﭘر ﭘورا اﺗرﺗﮯ ﮨوں۔‬

Once offered a place to the highest listed preference, an applicant cannot claim admission to the discipline named
lower in his / her preference.

‫ دﯾﮕر ﺗرﺟﯾﺣﺎت ﮐﮯ ﺷﻌﺑہ ﺟﺎت ﻣﯾں داﺧﻠﮯ ﮐﺎ‬، ‫اﻋﻠﯽ ﻧﻣﺑروں ﮐﯽ ﻓﮩرﺳت ﻣﯾں اﯾﮏ ﻣرﺗﺑہ آﻧﮯ ﮐﮯ ﺑﻌد‬

‫دﻋوی ﻧﮩﯾں ﮐر ﺳﮑﺗﺎ۔‬

An applicant, under no circumstances, shall be considered for any discipline, he/she has not named in his/her
order of preferences. The Admission Committee shall not assign any discipline by itself if the alternate choices are
not indicated.

‫ﻣﺗﺑﺎدل ﺗرﺟﯾﺢ ﻧہ ﺑﺗﺎﺋﯽ ﮨو ﺗو اﯾﺳﮯ اﻣﯾدوار ﮐو داﺧﻠہ ﮐﻣﯾﭨﯽ اﭘﻧﮯ طور ﭘر ﮐﺳﯽ ﺷﻌﺑہ ﻣﯾں داﺧﻠہ ﻧﮩﯾں دے ﺳﮑﺗﯽ۔‬

In case the applicant has applied on disable quota. He / She must submit the disability certificate duly attested by
concerned competent authority. Otherwise the application will not be entrained in any case.

Candidates who have done O/A/GCE (A)/9-12 grade levels will have to submit equivalence certificate of marks
obtained from Interboard Chairman Committee (IBCC). The candidate has to submit/upload A-Level certificate for
year 2020.

‫‪An attested affidavit of obeying UVAS rules and regulations on Rs. 20/- Stamp paper will have to be submitted at‬‬
‫‪the time of 1st enrollment.‬‬

‫‪In case the application is to be made for more than ONE Discipline, the applicant has to pay additional Rs. 300/- for‬‬
‫‪each discipline along with actual application fee. If the application is made against sports quota, then the applicant‬‬
‫‪has to pay additional Rs. 300/- along with actual application fee.‬‬
