At the end of the lesson students will be able to:

A.Demonstrate the “Steps in Preparing The Raw Materials and The Proper Steps in Handling
and Washing the Vegetables and Fruits for food Processing;
B. Evaluate themselves about their performance.

A. Preliminary Activities

B. Elicitation

*The students must reminded and must follow the following:

 -Wear the prescribed PPE;


 -Observe Cleanliness before,during and after the Demonstration;
 -Must be aware of the Occupational Health Standard.

*The Teacher will instruct the students to prepare and be ready for the Demonstration.
C. Motivation

*The Teacher will have to Demonstrate first the Steps in Preparing the Raw Materials and
the steps of Handling and Washing Vegetables/fruits or Raw Materials.
*The students must follow the Instructions that just have been given.
*The teacher will show the Rubrics for The demonstration.

IV EVALUATION

*After the students Demonstrated Indivudually the given task, the teacher will questions.

*The students grade/score will depend on their Performance with the given rubric.

*Students will be given a chance to evaluate and rate their performance.Using

the same Rubric that the teacher used when the students demonstrated the

task.

*This is to give value of the effort exerted by the Students with the task given to
them.

V ASSIGNMENT

* Prepare a Plastic Folder and insert the following: (output)


-- Individual picture of the demo;
-- Rubric Form with the grade/score.
-- Video of the Demo.
* Study about on how to Debone a Fish or What is Fish Deboning.
