Defense: Miss Schrauben, can you tell the Court where were you on June 5, 2019 at around 5:00 in the
morning?
AMS: I was near the 3 Sister Stores waiting for a taxi.

Defense: You mentioned in your JA that you had a drink at Vibers, right?
AMS: Yes, Ma’am

Defense: You also mentioned that though you had a drink but you are not drunk, right?
AMS: Yes, Ma’am

Defense: So, Miss Schrauben, can you recall the weather condition that morning?
AMS: It was raining so hard. It already started to flood in front of Vibers.

Defense: Where do you leave again?

AMS: D314 Viverde Lofts Dominga St. Pasay City.

Defense: How far is your residence to Vibers?

AMS: Nasa kabilang St lang po.

Defense: So, why there is a need to get a taxi?

AMS: Because it was raining. I do not want to get wet and walk on flooded street.
