Sikaproof membrane is a 1- component,water based, bitumen polymer

Description modified waterproofing,cold applied liquid membrane.

Coverage Primer : 0.2-0.3 kg/m2

Coats : 0.6 kg/m2 per coat (2.0kg/m2 for dry film thickness of 1.1mm)
Packaging 18 kg pail and 200kg drum
Application Surface Preparation:
Substrate must be clean , sound, dry and free from any surface contamination
i.e. grease, curing compounds, oil and surface laitance. Priming:
Add 20-50% water to sikaproof Membrane and mix throughly. Prime the surface
by brush or spray. Allow to completely dry prior to the application of the
membrane.
Application:
Apply to the clean primed surface by brush or spray.
When spraying exterior below grade walls, ensure a uniform thickness to obtain a
pinhole-free surface. For watertightness apply 2-3 coats. Allow to dry between
application.
Shelf life Minimum 12 months if stored properly in unopened, original containers

Clean tools and hands with cold water when wet and use kerosene
n As SikaProof Membrane is not long term UV resistant therefore exposed surface
must be protected (e.g. overcoated with reflective paint or protective mortar screed.)
n Not to be used as a traffic bearing surface.
n Do not thin with solvents.
n Once the container is opened, use the entire contents.
Wear protective clothing e.g. gloves, goggles.
A Void contact with skin and eyes.
In cases any contact, wash with plenty water immediately
