Warranty 5 (Five) years for Transformer (Replacement),

2 (Two) years for LT, PFI from the date of Commissioning.
Maintenance Maxford will provide after sales services i.e trouble-shooting, maintenance &
servicing within the warranty period. After completion of warranty period
service charge will be provided by the customer through negotiation.
VAT & Tax This offer is exclusive of any supply VAT and AIT. Deduction of any Taxes
from the quoted amount is subject to prior inclusion of the same with the
offered price.

EARTHING FOR SUB-STATION:
Installation, testing & commissioning of the earthing system which comply with DESCO, DPDC, PDB,
REB and ELB rules and regulations with supplying following materials:
1. 4 Nos. earth electrodes boring up to 100 Feet without GI pipe.

2. Copper wire of required length.
Earthing the Electrical Installation with 38.10mm (1.5") diameter G.I. pipe (upto 20ft) as earth electrode
having 10mm diameter holes at 300mm interval, securely bonded with # 2 SWG standard copper wire
(ECC) as earth lead required for the earth connection of all the Sub- station Equipment with the earthing
block including necessary washer, cable, lug, nuts, bolts etc. The earth electrode will be sunk up to 100'-0''
by tube well sinking method including necessary connections, all complete as required to maintain an
earth resistance within 1 (one) Ohm.
INSTALLATION:
Installation of Transformer, LT Switchgear, PFI Plant, Drop Out Fuse, Lighting Arrestor including
