    Skimming and scanning are reading tecniques that use fast eye
    movement and keywords to move quickly through text for the right
    purpose. Skimming is a technique which is used to have a rapid general
    view.Scanning is a technique which is used to find rapid specific purpose .

    Skimming means looking at the text fastly for general idea of the
    content of the book.
    Scanning means looking at the text to find some special information.
