Ambient temperature:
The bus bar trunking system SIVACON 8PS LX is capable to
carry the nominal current at an ambient temperature of
50°C not exceeding a temperature rise of 55K on the enclosure
and not exceeding the temperature limits of all relevant
functional components and insulating materials.
This product feature is not defined acc. to the IEC regulation
IEC60439-1/-2 where is defined that the max. temperature
of the enclosure must not exceed 90°C independent to the
current load.
Expansion Compensation Units
Expansion compensation units are designed according the
demands on the busbar trunking system and based on the
required lengths.
