Hospitality Ltd has positioned itself as an eminently successful pure vegetarian chain with Three & Four Star Hotels
making their mark in Thane, Jaipur, Goa, Shimla, Manali, Junagardh, Kochi, Kovalam, Ooty, Bodhgaya and
Bangalore, operating under the Brand ‘The Byke Hospitality Ltd’.

In line with emerging consumer needs, The Byke Hospitality Ltd is currently undertaking a massive expansion plan
with an objective to emerge as a National Hotel Chain, with its presence in almost all regions of the country, offering
world class hospitality standards, combined with excellent ambience and quality service.

Our philosophy veers around providing Quality Service at affordable rates to our esteemed customers and in attending
to their requirements and needs. This is achieved through carrying out a constant review and upgradation of the
facilities offered at our Hotels. The Byke Hospitality Ltd, a chain of hotels, stands out for operational excellence.

All our hotels are clubbed under the Brand “The Byke Hospitality Ltd”. We continue to add new hotels to our
portfolio under the Brands “The Byke Hospitality Ltd” offering moderately priced, upscale, full-service Business
and Leisure hotels, under Marketing and Management Agreement.“ The Byke Hospitality Ltd” hotels have been
launched at Kochi, Kovalam, Shirdi, Ooty, Junagadh, and the “The Byke Hospitality Ltd ” has been commissioned at
Shirdi and Bodhgaya.

Today, The Byke Hospitality Ltd operates fifteen hotels under the brand name of “The Byke”, aggregating over 1,300
rooms with a host of F & B and Banqueting / Conferencing facilities.

As an extension of our keen desire to continue our long standing association, we are pleased to enclose special rates
applicable to your organization across The Byke Group of Hotels of your interest. These rates are applicable from date
of this letter till further notice, subject to periodic review of business produced, and based on estimated and past
materialization at The Byke Hospitality Ltd.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT

The Check-in and Check-out time of the hotel is 1200 Hrs (Excluding Jaipur, where the Check out time is 1000hrs)
The following retention structure will apply for all check-ins before 1200 Hrs and check-outs after 1200 Hrs.
Early Check-Ins (Check-ins before 1200 Hrs)
 Check-ins before 0700 Hrs: 100% of room rate; check-ins between 0700 Hrs and 0900 Hrs: 50% of room rate.
 No extra charges for Check Ins after 0900 Hrs subject to availability.
Late Check-outs (Check-outs after 1200 Hrs)
 Check-outs between 1600 Hrs and 1800 Hrs : 25% of room rate; check-outs between 1800 Hrs and 2100 Hrs :
50% of room rate and check-outs after 2100 Hrs: 100% of room rate.
 All late check outs are subject to availability

The above retention policy is applicable on the “Contracted Rate” with the company.
