1- Above discounted rates are accorded to all employees of Berjaya Group of Companies and its subsidiaries. Advance reservations
(minimum 7 days) is required and is subject to confirmation from BERJAYA HOTELS & RESORTS.
2- The employee concerned is fully responsible for obtaining the consent/approval of their respective Supervising Director or
Head of Department on their leave application for travel.
3- Necessary action can and will be taken against any employee who is found to abuse the utilization of employee discount
and/or any misconduct while on the premises of the Hotel/Resort.
4- Valid staff ID must be presented for verification purposes (during check-in and settlement of bill) in order to receive
employee discounts. Participating Hotel reserves the right to charge regular/full price for failure to produce valid staff ID.
5- The management of BERJAYA HOTELS & RESORTS reserves the right to change any of the policies/discounts. Where necessary,
changes will be made at the absolute discretion of the management of BERJAYA HOTELS & RESORTS.
