Any Group Reservation cancellation needs to be communicated properly at least a 10

(Ten) days before check-in. (Telephone message is not acceptable under any
circumstances), 5(five) rooms & above will be consider as group Booking.
Reservation will be cancel automatically if guest have absent and advance amount
may not equal with room rent
50% of the total amount will be deduct for cancel or postpone reservation if properly
not communication as above mention time period for advanced/confirmed
reservation.
Advanced money of the postponed reservation will not be refund in cash rather must
accommodated in between 6 (six) months from the postponed date.
Rather than the above mentioned all other will be extra charges.
