STRONG POINT: She is polite and friendly at the same time. She answers every question with
enthusiasm.

WEAK POINT: She has a minimal error on her pronunciation but still manageable.

ACHIEVEMENTS: She can share her thoughts willingly on situations where I ask her to give her opinion
about a specific topic.

TEACHING PLAN: She likes the book that we currently been using. For this reason, she is developing
her reading comprehension and pronunciation very well as we can guide her to widen her vocabulary.

RECOMMENDATION: She is doing a good job in her class. She sometimes compares her learning in the
school and academy and we usually follow up her questions if she had any clarifications.

STRONG POINT: She is always jolly nowadays. She would often laugh at her own mistakes and asks for
the correct answers.

WEAK POINT: She is having a hard time making sentences but she is trying her best.

ACHIEVEMENTS: She seems to enjoy her class these days. She is now asking questions if she doesn’t
understand a word. He seems very interested.

TEACHING PLAN: If she doesn’t understand a word that we are reading, I let her write it and repeat it.
She has a tendency to forget some words that she already pronounced correctly. We had to spell it
one by one and let her read it again.

RECOMMENDATION: She is always on the mood to learn and doing a good job on her reading tests.
Keep it up.

STRONG POINT: She is very enthusiastic towards her class. She gets excited.

WEAK POINT: We would sometimes be out of the topic and would talk about different things and I
would remind her about her book that she will have to answer it correctly.

ACHIEVEMENTS: She has no problem on her spelling tests and reading comprehensions. She is
expressive on her point and ideas regarding her lessons. She has no trouble on answering her book.

TEACHING PLAN: We can improve her focus in class with giving her other activities such as reading
tests or word tests.

RECOMMENDATION: She has always the positive attitude on her class. She loves to tell stories and she
has a very creative mind. She is always ready to learn.
